Dealership: my husband and I have been to several dealerships in the last few years. This was by far the best experience we have had. They don???t pressure you to buy anything and their inventory has just about anything and everything. Even better is that the price of their vehicles actually are in line with what jelly blue book values them meaning you aren???t being upcharged like most dealerships. Plus snacks and drinks were offered every time we came in. Our salesman was Justin and was hands down the best salesman we ever dealt with. There was never pressure on us to purchase and we could look at and drive anything we were interested in. Any information we needed was supplied and everything was just an overall please thank experience. So much so that we already know that if we are in the market for another car in the future we will reach out again to buy from Justin.
I've always received good customer service as well as quality maintenance and repair service. I bought my vehicle from Holiday Motors in Fond du Lac, WI in 2014...I live in the Milwaukee area and continue to head north to Fond du Lac for oil changes and repairs, because I haven't yet found a dealer in the milwaukee area that provides Holiday's level of customer service and quality of maintenance/repair services.
I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership both used and new. Out of all the vehicles I have purchased from them, I had an issue with one and it was immediately taken care of. Prices of vehicles are pretty decent...being civil and friendly without demanding a lower price can go a long way. I've never had a problem negotiating prices with them.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased my Tahoe from the Internet Director, Lorie Davis. She sent extra photos and information, even did a video call so that we could walk around the vehicle. I arrived to get my Tahoe and everything was ready for me to drive and sign. Great deal on my vehicle and the customer service is top notch. I am telling all of my friends and family to call Lorie. Thanks Guys I will see you in a couple of years!!
Went into dealer. Met by friendly staff. Didn???t have the car I originally went in for but had a better suited car at a better price. No pressure to purchase but staff bent over backwards to help with car I did purchase. Let us take it out to lunch to talk it over then came back to a great deal. Thanks Liz and Billy!!
Debi Bowar was my salesperson. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not use high pressure sales tactics. We told her what we wanted and she showed us what they had available on the lot. We ended up test driving three and probably kept her way past her quitting time.
