I appreciate when people work hard, they do over there at Frontier. They got on my request and called back! I was looking for a car, and it was funny how often you don't get calls back like you'd expect. These guys really do want to earn their business. I also feel I got a good deal on my Expedition. Nice car, good price, good people. Nice experience.
Fisher Auto Group is a family friendly place to purchase your car from. My family and I have purchased three cars from this dealership. All three cars are still on the road, one was my daughter’s very first car. Customer service is better than I have experienced at some of your larger used car dealerships. They are more concerned about getting you in a car suitable for your family not am increase on a paycheck.
Patty and Joe take pride in building a relationship with their customers. They learn what you like in a vehicle and make sure you leave off the lot happy. We purchased a 2001 Mazda Protégé’ for my sixteen year old, a 2001 Volvo and, my latest purchase a 2010 Ford C-Max.
Repairs haven been minimum for each car that is always a plus when on the roads daily. The Mazda has made several trip back and forth to Bowling Green University. The Volvo is my BFF when the weather is bad. The Ford gets me excellent gas mileage for our long drives. Each car has a special need for my family and I appreciate that.

We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership within the last year. The sales rep didn't play any of the normal games dealers play when you are buying a car. They went down almost $3000 on the list price on each of the cars we bought. Even though the weather was very cold they took their time to make sure we had the car we wanted that fit our needs and budget. So far I am very pleased with my experience with this company. I will go back again.
Always a pleasant experience to take my car in for an oil change and check up. Friendly staff, clean waiting area with coffee and water...tv too if you like. I take work with me and get alot accomplished during my wait.
Our car broke down over the holiday weekend. Larkin had it in first thing in Monday morning, diagnosed and repaired super efficiently. We’d lost several days time so we were very grateful for their excellent service
Although we did not purchase our 2012 vehicle there, we consistently have our car serviced by Joe Johnson. We were NOT satisfied with the service from the dealership where we bought it. The overall service we received at that dealership was terrible! - So we tried Joe Johnson. We were not disappointed with the switch. Mitch and Ann are knowledgeable, conscientious and courteous. They make themselves available for questions and emergency repair services. The appointment hours are convenient for working customers.
