Josh Hooser was the man for the job! We emailed same day to test drive a Jeep and were seen not 3 hours later! Josh let us drive all over to really get a good feel for the engine and supplied more stats that we didn’t even think about. He explained all the paper work and even let us have a spare tire that was missing! Overall, felt very comfortable and informed when getting a used Jeep.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

I found a 2006 Lexus RX400H on cars.com used the contact dealer interface to ask questions. Dealer replied quickly and politely. Negotiated dealer minimum price via email before we drove to out to test drive the vehicle. Once we got there we liked the SUV but found that there were a couple of issues.
I asked about those issues and renegotiated the price of vehicle in light of said issues. The reduction was fair to both parties. Will definitely check Morris stock the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.
Guys were great! You can tell they diligently shop for there vehicles with the end customers expectations in mind. No junk there just quality vehicles priced very well. Had to have a few minor repairs but no biggie. Highly recommend.
Bought a used vehicle from Morris, and found the process very commendable in every way. After initially listing the vehicle on the internet, the dealership increased the asking price finding it was initially underpriced. As I had made contact on the basis of the original price, it was honored by the dealership. Questions regarding the car were fully answered and helpful advice offered. Very good overall experience with the dealership.
Terry Norris was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with! If every car dealership had a salesman like him I wouldn't mind car shopping. He was very respectful and he got us right to the point and was very helpful when it came to the buying. We were in and out! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Terry.
I’ve been to a couple of Chevrolet dealers in my time buying cars and can honestly say McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit exceeded my expectations during my buying experience. First I was greeted by Cowboy Dan who helped me find the color and features I was looking for. They also beat the previous dealers price with no questions! It was an awesome and seamless experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
THe new service writer did a great job. She will be a great asset from my first experience. Worked with the existing team where she had questions.. did it quickly.. kept me informed in the process .. couldn't of asked for more. I still have an open service item that needs to get resolved ...on the RH blindspot monitoring system ..
