This review is directed on behalf of our salesman, Mr. David Middleton. From our very first visit, Dave made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We knew when we walked in, this was the van for us. Dave was very helpful in explaining all the features of this auto. There was absolutely no pressure on his part to sell us this van. We went and left a few times to think about the buying of this van. There were no phone calls made by Dave asking unnecessary questions about a potential sale. All of our communication was warm and friendly. He explained all the additional options we could have purchased in buying this van. There was no pressure on his part to push us into buying any of these add-ons. He went the extra mile to close this deal in a very warm and comfortable manner. I would recommend Dave to our friends who are looking for their future auto.

They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.
I head an excellent experience here at village Chevrolet. Everyone was very polite, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into anything. I felt very in control the entire time. My sales associate Allen was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, thoughtful and fun. I would recommend doing business here!
I had I talked to Brandyn sFew days earlier and he emailed me all the vehicles that were in my parameters. When I got there he had one upfront ready to look yet . I took my time looking over all the vehicles which took a while and he was very patient, we picked one out and he got the ball rolling. We made it very smooth and relatively quick to hit the road.
I had stumbled on Village after looking around on web sites because I was specifically interested in getting a Chevy Cruze. Village's prices were definitely the lowest/best value compared to other sites. When I went to visit, the sales rep I worked with was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best deal at my price point. He walked me through a few different options and we ended up settling on one, and my loan officer was impressed by how good the deal was.
The sales guy was OK, took me for a ride and explain a few thing about the car, not much. The experience with the manager was another story, he was rude and threat me poorly, he basically look me down and left without talking to me about options. Bad experience overall, first time they do that to me at a dealership.....
