Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It is pretty impressive with the owner of the dealership greets you and thanks you for your friendship and for your business.

We chose Kempton for a few reasons. 1. They had the used vehicle we were wanting and 2. We know a number of their employees and they are good people. By the time we were done, we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price, the entire purchasing process was made easy, and they treated us like we were important clients and to be honest, we weren’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. It was overall a great experience! That won’t be the last vehicle we buy from Kempton!
Believe it or not, it's been 16 years since my husband and I purchased a brand new vehicle! Needless to say, all the modern bells and whistles were more than just a little overwhelming. Felicia was very patient about answering our many questions and did not pressure us when we told her we had to go home and think about our decision. Brian was also very nice when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle. One thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was I feel that we were rushed through the delivery process as we were the last customers of the day. Overall it was a good experience.
We let Jamie know what we needed and she got it for us. Easy as that. She knows everything about her vehicles and she had no trouble getting us the financing we wanted. We spent hours at another dealership and got no where close to the deal we got from Jamie at Demontrond! We are so pleased with our buying experience!
Purchased a new High Country Silverado for my father this week and cannot express in words how pleasant the experience was. I'd been to University Ford North about two years ago when shopping for a new car. At that time I ended up deciding on a new non-Ford model which I still currently drive.
Lately I've been looking for a used car to add to the family as we now have 2 kids driving. I'd had a positive, low-pressure experience two years ago so decided to return when I saw they had a number of used Ford Fusion. I was greeted by David Harrington and with minimal hassle took two of my target cars out for test drives.
I hadn't fully made up my mind to purchase a Fusion and David was politely persistent during my purchase process, arranging for an additional test drive for my wife while I continued looking around. University Ford North was accommodating -- pleasant and easy to work with, especially compared to other dealers. Once I made up my mind to purchase, the time needed to close the deal was minimal and the process hassle-free.
My experience was very good when choosing Route 23 Honda. Although my favorite service person, Poppy, is no longer there I still find it pleasant. The only problem I had is it seems they just don't have enough help at the "busy" times - morning and evening and Saturdays. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable but you could tell they are stressed. I like the sales dept and also the service. I have no further complaints and would continue using them.
