Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!

This car has met all of my needs. It has a lot of get up and go. It is easy on gas and has been a pleasure to drive.
I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!

This car has everything. It is comfortable and fun. Perfect for my college daughter. great on gas and has onstar which is great! Nav and app are a wonder addition.
I got the best deal out of many I visited! I was in and out in no time. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was coming down in size from an SUV to this smaller car as there is just the two of us now. The standard engine was to slow for passing on the highway but the turbo has great passing and general pick up that feels good. The car handles well and last winter it had no trouble with the snow . The back seat area is not great for foot room but we seldom have extra passengers, the trunk seems to be large enough for us . We do carry quit a bit of stuff, folding seats and spare picnicking supplies for our sightseeing excursions.
Extremely pleased with the recent purchase from Tom at ADI Autosport for my wife. I have bought cars from Tom and his team for years, and have had nothing but exceptional experience and support. Tom, Rob, and the team are very professional, personable, and respectful, which makes the buying process more enjoyable. Not only did I get a great BMW 750i xDrive for my wife, but Tom performed the process remotely from Denver to Henderson, NV along with shipping the vehicle. Can't say enough about Tom and the team!

I had found many cars looking here, its just sadly the one I chose, and more specifically the dealership Planet Auto was a dishonest place. Iv spent 4.5 grand in repairs.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.

I have a 2017 Chevy Sonic Premium with Turbo.
This car has pep. I would suggest getting a turbo no matter your needs as it will help you negotiate traffic. This car has comfortable seating as my Acadia which I downgraded from. It has heated seats and steering wheel, the steering wheel doesn't seem to get very warm but I hardly use it. I hate keyless start but that's kind of standard anymore. I've left my car running a few times when I get out of it on accident. I was looking at an Impala Premier but couldn't find a price I could afford and have trouble driving "big" vehicles hence my downgrading from an Acadia
I haven't had the Sonic in the shop yet. I bought it used with 46,000 miles and have put about 10,000 on it. It's a comfy car and my husband who is 5"11 even agrees that is comfortable. It is a tight car no doubt. It is slightly loud but I'm used to it with other vehicles.
It's a very fun car to drive. It has a huge trunk and fold down the seats for more room.
The ride is a little bumpy due to the low profile tires, I would like to get some different thicker tires for a more cushioned ride but other than that I wouldn't change much.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.

I wasn't in the market for this car, but i ended up test driving it and fell in love. It's small but very comfy for my 3 person family. 2015 ltz can be driven automatic or manual, easy to maneuver, loads of features like remote start and heated seats.
It was a good experience. Very friendly. Worked with me to get the paymemta where i needed them

Test drove this new 2017 sedan , and then a 2016 used. Really wanted the new one with the redesigned fascia and interior , just liked the overall feel of the 2017. With rebates , got the 2017 with a cheaper payment , and have not been disappointed. Have recently however , heard a weird noise after pulling out after sitting for a time , sounds like two pieces of styrofoam rubbing together , just lasts a few seconds. May have to get it checked out. Other than that , like the rear view camera and bluetooth capability. Great gas mileage. Overall , very pleased with overall performance and styling.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.

This car meets all my needs, fit, style, comfort, rear backup and anti collision. My husband is 250 lbs and the seat is a little small for him, but it's my car and it fits me well and I'm under 200 pounds. I love the car every day more and more.
