I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
Had my first visit to Southwest Kia, such nice friendly people work there. I left feeling totally confident that my car is going to be taken care of in my new home state of Texas. Even the parts and service director John Scurlock took time out to visit and welcome me.
I needed something better to drive. I heard of this place, I gave them a try. Sure thing as soon as I walked in there, I was approach by two young men who were very polite. I told them I was there to make some business with them. I told them my price range and what type of car I was looking for. It only took me about 30 minutes to decide what I wanted. As well the manager and owner Matt was very professional. I highly recommend this place and I hope that in the future I can be back for one more car.
The price on the website was the best within a 250 mi radius. That's what caught my eye. Also full Car Fax evaluation available on the website so I knew what I was getting before I arrived. Then a completely no pressure sales process when arriving at the dealership. Gave me the keys for a test drive and left me alone. I will look here again for my next used car purchase.
Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.
You all always give excellent repair service along with gracious customer service. That means a great deal to single ladies. We can feel that we are not being taken advantage of but the advice given when it comes to repairs is truthful. Once again thank you for the good memories!☺️
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I took my Chevrolet Truck in for check engine light and alignment. My Service Advisor Jake Buckley phoned me 3 times just like he said he would to keep me advised about progress of the repairs. I know that most people???s service trips are a nightmare but this was an extremely well managed operation by CAPITAL CHEVROLET???S service team. Especially great job by Jake Buckley!!
