I just recently bought a new to my family 2015 Chevy Silverado from Calli; she was great to get us a wonderful deal! It first started due to our 2007 Chevy Tahoe that was put in their Service department due to some much needed maintenance. Brandon the Service Advisor was very helpful and went above and beyond any requests or conserns that my wife and I had. Whenever we decided to trade in the Tahoe we expected it to be a lengthy process however it was not it was a very quick process with very notible communication from all departments from the service department all the way to the financial department. My wife and I had our 19 month old son in the new car showroom with all the new Camaros and Corvettes! He was walking around the showroom looking at the new performance vehicles and wow what a site! Buying from Mark Allen Chevrolet was it a great experience! This dealership is very family friendly! I would highly recommend it! Not only did I receive a great experience buying the truck but whenever I went to pick up the truck with my father-in-law we met the owner (Mark) personally it???s nice to have an owner that is on site.
Aaron greated us with a smile and hand shake. He showed us a Chevy cruise that was very nice low miles, reasonable in price. When we asked him to look at something a little bigger no hesitation. This was the best experience and easiest experience I???ve ever had with buying a car. The person that I worked with over the Internet was actually the person that helped me when I got to the lot so that was not the initial bait and switch. Before I came onto their lot I researched all the other vehicles with my specifications in my price range and they had indeed picked out the best one of the bunch. They even let me do a little bit of haggling to make Me feel like I was a part of the deal but I can easily say that both sides walked away or should I say drove away a winner in this case.

From the moment we made contact online, Shel listened to our needs and stayed in contact with us until he found us a car with exactly what we wanted on it. Mark Allen himself also met with us and stayed in constant contact by phone and in person through the whole process. We had been to other dealerships the day before and no one seemed interested in selling us a car. The service there is unmatched! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.
This was by far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a car. Ther was very little back and forth and was completely painless. We only had to come to the dealership to pick up our truck and only there for a short time. We will for sure be back to purchase our future vehicles here. Our salesman was exceptional and caring!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
Great buying experience and was treated very fairly. I ordered my vehicle so they took me through the process and kept me updates. I traded in my car and again felt I was treated fairly. Nothing fancy just good people dong a great job.
