Overall I am very happy with my purchase from AutoNation Gulf Freeway. My sales lady Shamonni was awesome!!! This was my 4th dealership stopping at! I peeped through the window at a car that I was looking for well it was a standard shift, and that's not what u wanted, so we where about to leave and I went in to use the Restroom first, this young lady laid eyes on me and spoke when I came in. When I came out she asked she was talking to my husband, I was like let's go hunnie, we have to find a car I like today. She asked what was I looking far and showed me a car. And I was in LOVE!!! I came with my own financing, so the finance guy did the usual and say they can get you better rate, let me run your credit, and told me it would be a SOFT pull on my credit!!! Ahhh no it's a HARD pull!! Then said he could match the credit union rate!! Sir you told me you could BEAT their rate!! Just flat out LIED!!! I hate liars. So dont get tangled with financing they LIE!!! WELL HE LIED!!!
The cardealership overpriced the merchandise,of course U must make some profits BUT please NOT 2 much compare w/the condition of the car after embalming it a lot!Overall it's ok .U must make a very good judgement B4 U decide 2 buy
