This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

We chose Kempton for a few reasons. 1. They had the used vehicle we were wanting and 2. We know a number of their employees and they are good people. By the time we were done, we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price, the entire purchasing process was made easy, and they treated us like we were important clients and to be honest, we weren’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. It was overall a great experience! That won’t be the last vehicle we buy from Kempton!
