My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.

All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

A 2011 Chevrolet Impala which we had located on Cars.com. We also travel about 75 miles and were treated exceptionally by Jesse and the dealership when it was needed to go off site to get the cash necessary to complete the transaction. My friend who actually purchased the vehicle is overly excited by this vehicle and the purchasing process provided by Jesse and the dealership.

I was shopping for a car that was listed and verified it was still listed. I went to go look and couldnt find it(was Sunday). I emailed asking about it as we wanted to buy it. I got a call monday saying it was sold friday but no ome bothered to take it down online. Very frustrating.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
This is a top notch dealership. I shopped around town for a new Volt and they had the best deal by far. Would highly recommend going here for your Chevy!
