Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service.
They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!!
As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!!

The dealership was very nice and the salesperson very freindly and courteous. The car was beautiful but had some very evident problems that they said would be corrected. If the repairs were done correctly might be worth a second look.
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
What a great place to get a car. They really have great people working there. They are so friendly and helpful and the place was so clean. They really take pride in their work. Plus Tommy Boston stay late to help make sure we were comfortable with the new car. He will always have our business.
Can’t say enough good things about the crew here. From the moment we arrived the staff was courteous and really created a stress-free environment. Second auto our fam has purchased here and likely not the last! If you’re in the area and need a great set of wheels you really owe it to yourself to check em out. Fair, honest and reasonable. I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
