Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.
I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review because my experience with Platinum was on both sides of the spectrum. From a customer service perspective, things went relatively well. However, from an overall integrity in pricing vantage point, they leave a lot to be desired.
Long and short of the story- Jay ( star salesperson) did a fantastic job of delivering service and completing my transaction. On the flip side, the establishment literally added over $1000 in fees once we got to the negotiation table, which I had to combat... in addition the dealership had the audacity to add a $299 "Registration Fee" for a vehicle that I was registering and paying the taxes on in a different state. When it was all said in done I purchased the vehicle simply because I actually had more money than time toward the end of the process.
The silver lining of the experience is that I left with a quality vehicle (Honda Pilot). However...Caveat Empto!
I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past but this experience was one of the most seamless processes I’ve been through! They were very thorough with making sure our financing arrangement worked for us and they took their time to negotiate deals with the bank.

My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!
