We love our suburban! We have work vehicles we drive during the week, but when we go anywhere as a family, it is our only choice! Love the room and the ride.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This is a much bigger vehicle that what I previously owned. It’s surprisingly very easy to drive and not as intimidating as I thought it would be. I’m 5’1’ so having the adjustable gas and brake petals is a great feature!
I had an awsome experience at Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City, compared to 3 other car dealers and online car shopping I visited. At MBC, no pressure to buy, friendly atmosphere, and understanding from Mr. Corky Franklin, Mr. Brad Witmer, Mr. Matt, and Mr. Mike Miller. The gas pedal is a little laggy, but I knew that going in. Let's face it, if you're driving a truck that big you don't need to be driving 7000 miles an hour. The interior is sweet enough that you really don't want to be in a hurry anyway. I have the Premier and the interior, seats and ride is amazing and built for long road trips. The seats are extra wide which is really nice so you have room to move around. (I'm short and small but my husband is 6'3 and 210 and we were both comfortable) The gas mileage was another concern but we just took it on a road trip about 5 hours away and only had to gas up to come home. We drove it daily on the trip also. I'm super happy with the car!!
SIDE NOTE- Do NOT use the online dealer Vroom. I will never buy another car from them. If I didn't like this vehicle so much and go thru absolute hell to finally get it, get all the issues fixed that they didn't disclose, and the paperwork, I would have returned it due to their horrible service.
Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a car last month (and I love it) when I test drove it it had a flat, they replaced the valve stem. Fast forward a month and that tire is flat again. I took the car in, they saw me right away, patched the tire and ordered a new one. It arrived the next day, they put it on and it cost me nothing. I will be a customer for life.

I have owned this vehicle for a year and half and love it. It is great for a large family as it seats 7 or 8. Rear seats all fold down for a 4?x8? cargo space. I use mine to pull my 27? camper and it pulls it great and I live in the mountains of Montana.
Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.

One of few on the market to fit my family of 8. Pretty reliable and drives great. I like the interior with the leather seats. The vents keep the whole car at a comfortable temperature. Third row seat is not very comfortable though.
Coming in for a older car left with a brand new one!

This is my second suburban. I love the way it drives, it is very comfortable and it is durable! The suburban is a great fit for our family of 5 for everyday use and terrific when traveling.
When I walked in, Rob Cole, said, "Hi Mr. Blair!" Since I was in for the annual inspection, I didn't have an appointment. Couldn't believe that he remembered me! The work was completed quickly and my waiting time was not bad at all....Thank you VERY much!
