Jake Levine was our sales person and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! From the minute we arrived to the dealership (which was 6:30pm on a Friday) to the minute we left (9:30pm) we never felt rushed or like we were keeping him there after hours. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, personable & fun. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy but in no-time I was seeing the car I ended up buying just after telling him what we were looking for. I am truly amazed by the service we received from him & Jon in Finanace. I still am blown away that I walked into a dealership not sure of what I was going to get, traded 2 cars, set up financing, paperwork complete & out the door in 3 hours. That has NEVER happened before. I even went back the next morning to bring our 2nd car we were trading in and he answered a few questions and showed us some things inside the care; rather than blow us off because he already sold us a car. He even offered up his cell that I can text him with questions. I have NEVER had this amazing service anywhere else. Give him a big raise because he totally deserves it. Thank you!!!!
Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.

Dealership clean. Dog friendly. Joseph Ali went out of his way for me. Got my husband and I hot dogs, coffee and knows his cars. Arranged a ride home for my husband after I agreed on the purchase. I want his service skills. Tiery in finance answered all questions and I stayed in my budget. No pressure from him. Exemplary customer service skills. I would buy another vehicle from Joe. Only time I bought a car and sales impressed me. :) good experience. Good team. Even the young men didn't let me leave missing my easy pass.
Would definitely recommend! Eric was very personable and easy to deal. They are not pushy and met our needs. Will definitely be going back and we???ll wo the hour and half drive!
