Great performer. Hate smart phone dependent navigation system. Too many issues, starting with..do u own smart phone, is it unlimited data, do u care if phone overheats, etc!!!!!!
They are great salesmen but don't trust their sweet talk. They make feel you good while buying the car and later on grab every opportunity to cheat you. I don't want you to be in my spot and get treated badly. I won't recommend a dealership who don't care about their customer relationship post sales and these people don't honor their word. You can find many better dealers than these people and better off. I bought a car a few months back. At the time, I am supposed to get two keys. But they could not find the key during sales asked me to come a later day to collect it. I followed them the next day. They could not find the key again and they are also not able to program the key as a person who does that is not available. As I live far away, sales manager clearly said me to get the key when I visit for my first service. When I returned back, they are charging me for getting me a new key and they don't want to honor their word. The reason, the previous sales manager left the dealership and they don't want to honor what their previous manager said. I did show them the proof of chat we had about the key, but they don't care. The new sales manager was rude and He verbally said, "I have to get back to my work" and he is getting aggressive in his voice. He utmost spent 2-3 mins of time while talking to me. He says dealership is not responsible for their previous employee's actions and words. I could two more pages about how they treated me and how professional they are. My only suggestion, forget that this car dealership even exists.

Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
Nash Chevrolet has the best employees from the Sales Department to Financing. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Dean was my Sales Representative and he helped me through the entire process and was able to give me options that was in my price range. Ben was also helpful as well with getting me the best price I could afford. Irene took her time to properly review the paper work with me and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Thank you all for everything you did to get me in my Dream Car!!!!!

Still getting use to some of it features. Like the TV screens for the kids. The sound system is nice and the radio is excellent. The ride is nice and with 18 grand kids it allows us to hall a lot of kids around.
Nash Chevrolet has given me the opportunity to drive the vehicle of my choice without being pressured. Excellent customer service and financing options. I highly recommend anyone to Melissa in Nash Sales department.

We were in the market to upgrade our 08suburban and beardmore had one heck of a deal for their 2018 suburban LT. it had everything I wanted and needed. From leather seats to bucket seats in the 2nd row to rear entertainment system. Then all the extras it had. The heated steering wheel and heated seats for 1st and 2nd row, remote start and WiFi. You name it it probably has it.
There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing options. The whole process was very efficient. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again.

This is my 3rd suburban and they just keep making them better and better. The reclining middle seats are great for traveling. Plenty of leg room between all three rows, extra headroom for those tall family members.
Nash Chevrolet Provided excellent customer service. Scot and Robert made the car buying experience less stressful and were willing to work with me to get the perfect car. They truly put the customer first, and I had an overall great experience.

I love this model. The captain’s chairs in the second row are so much more comfortable than the bench seat. The touch screen is so user friendly
I Searched the internet for a over a month for a truck. I Got the absolute best price I possibly could have ever imagined and they treated me like family. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past I would definitely recommend this dealership it's worth the drive

Haven't had this Suburban long, but already can tell I made a good choice. Fit and finish are top notch, and so far I'm totally surprised by the mileage; over 20 overall and almost 26 on one 25 mile segment. Haven't run it long distance at 75 mph so can't report on that; however, the fact it shift to V4 mode often has to help. I'd be happy if I got over 20 on trips. Traded a Traverse to get more room and towing capacity and there is no doubt this Suburban will deliver. Interior room is outstanding, and towing will obviously be a huge improvement. Not a real qualified review at only 1,000 miles, but so far all indications are that I made the right choice. Will take this fishing and hunting a lot, and will sleep in the back. I can see I'll be more comfortable than ever.
I only shop Nash Chevrolet great staff always friendly and always they try to that best deal possible thanks Mr brown and the whole Nash crew

The Chevy Suburban has everything we wanted in a vehicle. I use to drive a BMW and have been in various luxury cars and big trucks, this car has ride and interior of luxury and the ability to perform as a big truck. The ride is smooth, seats very comfortable (great leather), technology up to date and user friendly, and quiet.
We visited while getting another vehicle from repair shop. Just looking. Scot greeted us, gave us his card and made some suggestions but said no pressure. Have a look around. We weren't ready and left with Scott's card in hand. We looked around at other dealerships around online. Found what we were looking for by accident on Nash website and went next day (Saturday) to check it out. It was dirty and inside wasn't too enticing either. Scot introduced us to Robert and they said they'd have it cleaned up and we could look at it on Monday. Went back Monday and were happy with results. Paid for it on the spot. After looking at it further in the light, might have been detailed a little better but still happy with the purchase. Only problem is that wife bought and paid for the vehicle but all communications have been addressed to husband who has nothing to do with the vehicle other than having him added to the title in case something happens to wife.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
