Well I went in for an oil change and was there for three hours because when I had my tire fixed at another location they stripped the nuts and bolts on my tire. The process to get that taken care of was longer than I anticipated but they had excellent customer service. Im so thankful the issue was caught and fixed!
Our salesman, Scott Wilson, was fantastic. We are in our 70's and we told him what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to find and get it for us. We had a medical emergency during the looking and buying process and he took care of everything. When I came out of the hospital he had everything ready for us to take possession of the vehicle he had found for us. Wish there was a place to mark 10 stars for the salesman
because he deserves 10 + stars.
I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left. Thank you and great job Nick!

I bought my sons first truck there. They actually sold the truck we had come to see that was within our budget but Jerry Kleinschmidt did not give up when my son insisted it had to be a truck and wouldnt look at any of the cars. He found us the truck that my son fell in love with in the back freshly traded and got us a great deal on it to get it closer to our budget. I looked up the fair market price and was happy with the price we got. The only real hiccups I had were doing the finance paperwork and closing the deal. Waited around awhile and then had to listen to the whole speech about various services only adding X dollars to my monthly payment from finance. It was difficult to get the lady to tell me how much things cost in total and not how much my payments changed. I had to ask multiple times and insist she tell me. So yeah time wasted so I could tell her no on all of it. Finally I think we are done after signing only to be told I need to go into their insurance office and add the truck to my insurance before we drive off. Mind you I was already doing that on the app on my phone. I get into that office and have a guy who works for Allstate put me on speaker phone to my insurance company to get the truck added. Very offputting. Ive never out of several cars bought at dealerships over the years been made to do that. That ended with the guy wanting to quote me so I think that was just another last attempt to sell me something else while I was there. To sum the salesman Jerry was great, finance was typical, but that insurance bit at the end felt over the top.
I had a good experience, however I did feel somewhat rushed and pressured. I wish I had expressed to them how I was feeling. I take some of the responsibility for not speaking up. They were both very nice though.
This Colorado truck is for my wife and with Gabby explaining everything about the options to her and me was great. We had actually picked out another Colorado with less options and when we found out it did not have remote start we went to another one and Gabby or Monte did not hesitate to move us to another truck. We had a good experience.
I went in looking for a used car something good on gas and talked to Carlos, he was very informative and worked well with my budget got me situated in a car I really enjoy, definitely coming back to him
