Just had to wait 2hrs for my oil change. I had a 9:30 appt. time even got to dealership a little early. Was told they were running behind so it would take 2hrs. Other then that everything was good . They always go beyond what you need service to help you. My service guy was Nathan Rogers he was super nice and very professional . I usely deal with John Daigle he’s great to deal with .
I was in town for a few days while taking care of family business. While there I had vehicle trouble. I contacted GMC and the representative helping me emailed the local dealerships with my particular needs. That SAME AFTERNOON Phil with Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank called me. He was sympathetic to my situation, and I truly felt he would do what he could to help. He said he would call me the next day...AND HE DID CALL ME THE NEXT DAY! In a day and time where many businesses’ customer service seems nonexistent at best it was pleasantly surprising that it was the exact opposite at Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! Phil took care of everything and had me an appointment with Eric the next day. I was promptly and courteously greeted by a service technician who immediately directed me toward Eric. I was kept updated as to the progress with my vehicle and called as soon as it was completed. I cannot say enough wonderful and positive things about Don Bohn Buick GMC Westbank! I travel and have had reason to visit many dealerships but this one is top notch!! Phil and Eric are true assets to this business!! With that being said - Phil even called me today to thank ME for my business and to ask if everything was ok, to my liking, and to see if I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Metarie, Westbank, New Orleans area (and beyond)! Businesses can sell all day long but great customer service in the repair department is truly what keeps folks returning!

Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
I found the car I was interested online and came in to the dealership and the entire process was flawless. I was in and out in no time and I'm so happy with my purchase of my Colorado. Both Keith and Marshall were very helpful and my sales rep was very informative. I will def be back!
Had car serviced on Saturday. Visit was quick and recommendations gone over. Well satisfied with Bryan Subaru. Our lease is up in a few months and we can???t wait to select our second Subaru to lease. Whoever gets this vehicle will be getting a great vehicle that has been well maintained by the Bryan Subaru service department. Highly recommend Subaru and Bryan dealerships.
The salesman Jimmy DelPorta was fabulous. He answered all my questions and gave me the time to make an informed decision on the purchase of the car. He did not rush me or pressure me to make a decision.
Once I was comfortable that I was well informed about the car, I called Jimmy and he had everything ready for me to walk in and but the car.
Once I purchased the car, Jimmy spend the time to go thorough all of the controls and systems.
Jimmy did an outstanding job for me.
I couldn't be happier with the buying experience I had a Leson Chevrolet. The salesperson (Corey Knecht) and Sales Manager (Jody Neil) made me feel like family during the entire process. Both were very knowledgeable and work diligently to make the deal fit my needs. The only thing that would have made me happier would have been if they would have thrown in a sprayed in bed liner for the time I had to wait for the deal to finish. (still think I should get one since I have sent several references their way already one of which got the bed liner) Although, I would highly recommend either of them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. They are giving Leson Chevrolet a great name in the business and are highly valuable employees to that business there.
Crown Buick GMC took a bad situation and made it great. I purchased a car from Crown Buick and had a little issue with being honest. That was with the salesman and his super. After rating them poorly due to others at Crown Buick , I was not only taken care of by upper management , but assured satisfaction. Thanks Crown Buick for taking care of the customer!
Every person that I had an encounter with was very pleasant, respectful and listened to what I had to say. I wasn't coerced into paying for services that weren't required. Ryan Oaks, Mr. Joe and I think the cashier's name was Lynn, all exemplified stellar service. I was VERY displeased with another dealership with it's previous service but will continue to honor Crown. The proximity is a distance but worth the service. Thank you!
