I really enjoyed my experience with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. Marc got me a great deal on a brand new Cruze hatchback even though he is in the used department, and Patrick was awesome to talk to during the finalization process. All around great experience.
My sales associate was Kevin and he was so helpful listening to my wants/needs. He helped me find something that I liked with my champagne taste on a beer budget. Sales managers Rich and Sean were incredibly helpful making this deal happen fast! Knowing that I???m too busy to come in and sit down for hours at a time, they worked out the deal and called me with my options and had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new Equinox. I will definitely be going back to Castrucci Chevrolet and sending all of my friends and family there.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.

Joe Becker, the GSM, worked with me directly and offered a super-competitive price. I had to say yes to the deal. This was the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from them and will continue buying from Columbia in the future. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
Everyone was courteous. Technician recommended an urgent repair. Was not able to talk to the technician and the service rep could not answer my questions. Also, I was probably overcharged for the Keyfobs, but I have not heard back from McCluskey yet.
My 1999 Cadillac Deville started overheating which left me without a car and I've always had a reliable vehicle. Upon filling out a small form on their web site they immediately took over all the hassle of buying another vehicle. They had a 2013 Mazda 3 with low mileage and looks new that was delivered to me in the Dayton area within three days and I will NEVER buy from another dealership! Professional and yet highly personal.... so walk in there with the confidence you will be treated with respect and budget minded options.
Great experience Derrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job and how to make me happy he was polite and friendly and went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied really enjoyed working with him and his teammates

Excellent service. Friendly staff. People tend to veer away of dealerships but my experience was great. Hats off to everyone who assisted in the purchase of my new truck. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family
