The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.

This is my 3rd suburban and they just keep making them better and better. The reclining middle seats are great for traveling. Plenty of leg room between all three rows, extra headroom for those tall family members.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Still getting use to some of it features. Like the TV screens for the kids. The sound system is nice and the radio is excellent. The ride is nice and with 18 grand kids it allows us to hall a lot of kids around.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

We were in the market to upgrade our 08suburban and beardmore had one heck of a deal for their 2018 suburban LT. it had everything I wanted and needed. From leather seats to bucket seats in the 2nd row to rear entertainment system. Then all the extras it had. The heated steering wheel and heated seats for 1st and 2nd row, remote start and WiFi. You name it it probably has it.
John provided great support in acquiring my new truck.

I love this model. The captain’s chairs in the second row are so much more comfortable than the bench seat. The touch screen is so user friendly
Haven't had this Suburban long, but already can tell I made a good choice. Fit and finish are top notch, and so far I'm totally surprised by the mileage; over 20 overall and almost 26 on one 25 mile segment. Haven't run it long distance at 75 mph so can't report on that; however, the fact it shift to V4 mode often has to help. I'd be happy if I got over 20 on trips. Traded a Traverse to get more room and towing capacity and there is no doubt this Suburban will deliver. Interior room is outstanding, and towing will obviously be a huge improvement. Not a real qualified review at only 1,000 miles, but so far all indications are that I made the right choice. Will take this fishing and hunting a lot, and will sleep in the back. I can see I'll be more comfortable than ever.
I took my Dodge Ram to Ron Tonkins for recall repairs. I was greeted at the service desk by Jolynne’s smiling face. She was friendly, professional and efficient from the get go. My truck was repaired via the Express Lane and I was quickly back on the road. I’ve done business with Ron Tonkins service twice now and both times they over delivered. The Chevy Suburban has everything we wanted in a vehicle. I use to drive a BMW and have been in various luxury cars and big trucks, this car has ride and interior of luxury and the ability to perform as a big truck. The ride is smooth, seats very comfortable (great leather), technology up to date and user friendly, and quiet.
I came in looking a for a pre-owned vehicle. In 2 hours I walked out with everything I wanted. They were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Didnt feel like I was being persuaded to do anything I didn't want. When all was said and done (in less than 2 hours) I had a better interest rate and payment than originally quoted.
Horrible navigation system.

Great performer. Hate smart phone dependent navigation system. Too many issues, starting with..do u own smart phone, is it unlimited data, do u care if phone overheats, etc!!!!!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.
Really good service. No dents or dings on my car when I picked it up. My car was taken care of. Repairs were clean and they upgraded a warrenty item. Everyone I delt with were great. The best part was they washed my car. Not a car wash, by hand. I never take my car thru a car wash so it was really nice.
Donnie Simons was a very pleasant salesmen to work with. He has a great personality and I really enjoyed dickering with him. I walked away feeling very satisfied with the outcome. No high pressure, and in fact left to go eat and talk. That is good customer service!
Our salesman Elliott was very helpful and patient with our selection and purchase. The support staff was interactive and friendly with us with our two day process to complete our purchase. We would highly recommend the dealership.
