Covert is Amazing!!!!! We have been buying from Covert for over 20 years and Ernest has always been honest and conscientious of all our needs. He always finds us the best deal at the best price. Recently we purchased a new 2018 GMC 3/4 Ton Sierra and had several mechanical issues resulting in my wife and daughter being stranded along side the road with horses. Both times Covert immediately sent help and corrected the problem. The last time we had an issue, we shared are frustration with Ernest and told him we wanted Covert to correct the problem. Shortly afterwards we received a call from Chance Covert and he asked what it would take to make us happy. I told him we wanted the same truck that we have but one with 0 miles. He said he would look for one and get back with us. Within a couple hours Chance called and said come pick up your new truck. No One Else would have done that. Another great visit to Covert. We've bought three cars (four if you count my moms) at Covert Bastrop. Service from sales, to the service department is excellent. We have a 2016 Buick Envision that had a wobble in the front end. Then the rear AC stopped working so I called Kara Poole to bring it in. She made us an appointment and had a brand new loaner waiting for us. It was a very complicated fix so it took three weeks but when the car came back, it was like new and the hard to find wobble was gone (new design axles) Kara kept me up to date via text. Always a great experience at Covert. They really do treat you like family but when you've been buying cars there for many years, you are family! Go see Kara Poole for service and Harry Green to buy your car. He's a long time employee and works hard to get you what you want and Kara has been in the service field for many years and knows how to get the job done.
Just purchased a new Tahoe, and by far was the easiest, no hassle, best deal in Central Texas! Harry, the salesperson was great!! We highly recommend the Covert team, and due to the awesome experience we are Covert customers for life!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My first visit today ever to look at a vehicle with these folks. Always shopped at a regular dealership or private sellers until now. Never thought I'd stop by a small lot, non-dealership place. But, if the rest goes as well as today, I will be buying a car from them and they will be on my "stop by" whenever I am looking in the future. Nice guys, don't overlook them. I'll check back in whichever way it goes. ps "facilities" gets "average", but that's not why I buy a car. If you do, then go enjoy the Lexus dealer place and get a free bottle of Periere. I'm certain it's not built into the price :-/
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
Very happy with the whole process of buying a car from Luxury Autoworks! Perfect level of communication--attentive but not intrusive. They are totally customer-oriented and we didn't get lost like at a large dealership. The process was very smooth, the car was priced well, we were really happy with the trade-in offer, and we love our new car. Highly recommended.

I bought a used Rav 4 there. When preparing the vehicle they noticed a damage not necessarily obvious to the naked eye and contacted me. After examining the vehicle we decided I didn???t wanted the car. They were extremely courteous showing us other similar used vehicles. Then they gave us a incredible offer on a new RAV4 that we couldn???t reject. They performed as a team of used cars salesmen, new cars salesmen and the managers definitively do their best to get you a great deal. Salesmen are very professional and care about their customers and the good name of the dealer. For the new Rav 4, Mr Miguel Vega took care of us, for the original used Rav 4, Mr Bernal took care of us.
