Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.
I am an out of state buyer and purchased a 2010 Infiniti QX56 from By Design Auto Group. They made the process very easy from start to finish. During our conversation he demonstrated why this dealership would be worth my 2 hour drive, and sure he was right. He constantly followed up on us which re built my confidence instead of getting cold feet. I was unsure if I should make the commitment, and he finally convinced me to make the drive. We drove all the way up to this location and immediately was greeted by several sales associates. It was reassuring seeing everyone so happy and ready for a professional business. Every single associate was on the phone calling customers. Rick showed us the vehicle and really established the value within the vehicle. When it came time for numbers the managers and Rick did whatever they could to make me a happy customer and confirm our business. This has been a great dealership and truly was ready for business yet ready to make a happy customer.
So far they have been the most helpful in my search for a manual shift light vehicle like the spark or a ear new Yaris to tow behind my motorhome. Will likely purchase in December. Looking for a spark LT manual transmission with gray exterior.
