From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
Leo is very professional and knowledgeable the leasing process was a very smooth one no beating around the bush unlike other dealers. Thank you Leo and Marc it was a great experienced. We will definitely refer you guys. Julio and I love our 2019 Equinox.
Not sure anyone enjoys car shopping- I know I don???t but I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I visited 3 tines before deciding on my certified, pre-owned equinox. Rita, Joe and Joe were very patient and thoroughly explained feautures, warranties and financing options. There was never any pushy sales pitch and I was treated with respect, professionalism and friendliness from the minute I walked through the door and through the time my plates were put in my car two weeks post purchase. I just bought a 03 Dodge Durango from Auto Empire in Brooklyn, N.Y. from one of the owners Eddie. Eddie took care of me with a good price and completed all the paperwork and had me out of there in no time with keys in hand. Eddie is a very professional business man and I would highly recommend his company if you are looking for a reliable vehicle to take home. The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.
