USAA Car Buying Service Worked Exactly as Advertised

Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store.
The service I received was fast and friendly! They also cleaned my car for me while they had it! This was something I was going to do later in the day. This saved me one stop in a very busy day before Thanksgiving getting stuff prepared.
I recently purchased a used car from Joe Bowman over the phone from Punta Gorda, FL. I can't tell you how happy I am with the level of service and professionalism that was afforded me in this transaction. Just want to thank all involved for making this deal a smooth one!!
I was highly interested in a vehicle they had listed on Cars.com. Salesman, Dennis was very accommodating and was able to work a financing deal I could afford. On the day I was going to return with my trade in and deposit I got some very bad news about my employment situation which compelled me to back out of the purchase. Dennis took the news with no questions asked. They have not contacted me since to try and work a better deal or sell me a less expensive vehicle. No pressure at all from day one until today. This company also has a rental fleet and many of the vehicles they have for sale are from the rental business so they have been maintained well and are priced to sell.
I had a great choice of cars and they all seemed priced good. my car hasnt had any problems and the team was helpful and respectible. Most dealers push you into a car and Armstrongs gave me 2 days to think about it before i signed the papers.
My salesperson Christian went above and beyond to put me into the Kia Soul. I didn't think I was going to get approved for a loan because of my bad credit but he was able to approve me. I would recommend my salesperson to all my friends and family when they're looking to buy something.
