I have been buying cars for nearly 30 years, and my experience with this team has been the most outstanding of all! They are honest, personable, and incredibly efficient. The salesman and dealership went out of there way to help me. I had just came in from deployment and was looking for something to drive. I was stuck on base for the most part, they helped me make most of the arrangements over phone and email. After I showed up to the dealership not only was it great service but I couldn???t take the vehicle back right away while we was waiting on my bank to process the paper work. Josh and his team drove me back 30 miles to the base. Then to top everything off, the delivered it to the base I was at topped the tank off and a fresh wash. This is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had of the many vehicles I have bought. There customer services is A+, I will be coming back the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Believe it or not, it's been 16 years since my husband and I purchased a brand new vehicle! Needless to say, all the modern bells and whistles were more than just a little overwhelming. Felicia was very patient about answering our many questions and did not pressure us when we told her we had to go home and think about our decision. Brian was also very nice when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle. One thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was I feel that we were rushed through the delivery process as we were the last customers of the day. Overall it was a good experience.
Low on sales pressure and highly focused on the customer's request for personalized service. Quentin had been dealing with me during a very difficult period where I was transitioning into a new job and environment. I actually took about 9 weeks from when I decided to get a new car up until I actually signed the contract. He even helped me to acquire a loan points below what my bank of 14 years was offering. Josh practically bent over backwards to make our deal happen. I traded in a Tacoma and bought a Chevy SS sedan. We got a good offer on our truck and they got us down to the payment we wanted. I???d reccomend Jim Turner Chevy to anyone! So very happy with my new ride.
I went in with a specific car in mind, but they had a great inventory. Several cars that were worth considering. Low miles, quality vehicles. I negotiated a great price within my budget with no pressure to buy. I looked around town and couldn't find anything that claim close to the mileage and price I wanted to pay. Super friendly staff, no hassles. I would definitely give them a try if you are looking for a quality used vehicle.
Our son bought a truck and recommended us to Stanley and we are so happy he did. Normally I bought from the other Ford dealer in town but was told our trade in value would be greater in McGregor. We didn’t even give the other guys a chance, we found exactly what we were looking for there.
I was greeted immediately by a service rep. The order was taken quickly. In and out in less than 2 hours for oil change, etc., tire rotation, and replacement of a running light. Have been having my Tahoe serviced at Richard Karr since 2005.
