Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
Derek and his team were outstanding. They got my job done(oil change and fluids flushed)in a short time. Derek gave me a ballpark price and he backed the invoice down to match his quote(impressive!).
I will be back to Derek and Mike for my next issue.
By the way, I'm at 253,000 miles.
Found the truck I wanted online and contacted the internet sales staff online (Joey Smith). Joey was quick to respond and set up a convenient time for me to come by and see the truck. We agreed on a price and the rest went smooth from there. The finance person was not pushy and got me a rate/terms I was happy with. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Lone Star.
Came in for a complimentary tech inspection required for my day on the track. Jon was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was very pleased to see the technicians carefully go over the car so I was confident it was safe and ready for the track.
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.
Sales representative very professional/friendly and quickly answered questions about the vehicle. Dealership receptive to negotiating internet sale by out of area customers unlike many that list vehicles on cars.com.
Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
It was kind of a long wait to get registered for service but once registered and they realized the wait could be over 3 hours, they gave me a nice loaner. They called me about 5 hours later. They were very friendly and professional. I expect to be a regular customer
I have an extended warranty but it goes beyond that. Drew is totally awesome! He contacts me with all issues explaining what’s covered and what’s not. What need maintenance and service that’s need now! He try to same me money st all times. Drew should be cloned. I can reach him at all times
