Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I like their knowledge and how courteous they are. Although the vehicle I had purchased had a couple issues, they worked hard to make sure the problems were fixed properly and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks Guys !!!
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!
Replacing my review titled Be honest with customers. Cars.com doesn’t allow for easy removal or update of reviews. I fixed the issues with the car at my own cost. I had got the car at a good price anyway since when bought new it’s a car that costs over $100k. So I accept that, and since car drives great after the repairs think it’s appropriate to revise the ratings for Imperial Highline.
I have had a Suburban for over 15 years and decided it was time to retire my old Suburban. It was a difficult task but it was time for a new one. I am a very picky person and Dan Casey spent an entire week looking and trying to find me the right Suburban to replace my old one. Each day he probably spent about 2 hours trying to locate a Suburban with the requirment that I wanted on my new Suburban. He remained patient all week while looking each day only to find out that the Suburban at other dealers that was showing in the computer as avaialble was no longer available. After a week of searching he luckily found a dealer in Delaware that had exactly what I wanted and he sent a crew to get it before it was gone. I am very happy with my new Suburban. It is such a confortable ride and pulls my horse trailer and flat bed with ease. The kids love it because of the room and confort when traveling back and forth the beach. Great Job Dan!
Win Kelley provided me fantastic service when winterizing my truck. I made an appointment online with Lindsey Knight. She is extremely courteous, and gave me several options on when I could bring my vehicle in for service. Service Advisor Dave Hammond was great to work with and ensured I got the very best deals on all services I requested. I brought my truck in at 9 am and received a call that it was ready at 3 pm. All in all, a PLEASANT experience!
I truly had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with at Lindsay Chevrolet. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson, Demitrius “DJ” Johnson, was very nice and knowledgeable. When I say EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER service…that is what I mean. DJ drove over 30 miles to my house to pick my family and me up so that we could test drive and inspect the vehicle. He worked with others at the dealership to ensure I had a monthly payment I could afford. He also brought us dinner!!! Mr. Haziz, in the financing department was very helpful as well. Everyone was truly professional. I will definitely recommend Lindsay Chevrolet to everyone I know who is in the market to purchase a vehicle.
