I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. Service and courtesy is what Woodhouse Lincoln does best, if not, talk to Matt. We have enjoyed our long relationship with this dealership and hope you enjoy it as well.
Gave Charles Blobaum a call requesting that he find me a used vehicle with 4 wheel drive. He called within hours and I tried out a Ford Escape and purchased it the same day. Can't thank Charles enough for his hard work and professionalism.
I worked with Doug in the service department with my son's 2013 Jeep and it's failure to start when the temp got below 32. They thought they had the problem figured out and my son took the car back to Gretna. A few days later the temp got below 32 and the car would not start. After the temp warmed up the car started and Doug told me to bring the car back so they could look at it again. I told them they could keep the car as long as needed to figure out the problem. After about a week of off and on work on the car Doug called and said he thought they had the problem fixed. I went out to pick the car up and asked Doug what the charge was and to my surprise he said I owed nothing beyond what I had already paid for the first time I brought the car in. This is why I have bought cars from Dillons for years and had them serviced there. I definitely recommend Dillons autos and service. I should mention this was a vehicle that my son bought from another dealership in Lincoln other than Dillons and they still treated me and my son like we had purchased one of their vehicles.
