I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
Car buying can be stressful and tedious, but Joe Kopp, our sales associate at JBA minimized the downsides. He worked hard to get us the lease deal we wanted on a 2018 Malibu and succeeded. JBA undersold other dealers we patronized. We live in the Towson area, so the drive to Glen Burnie, while relatively long, was well worth it. A diligent, hard working sales associate, friendly staff and a solid deal - what more could one ask?
Most people, myself included usually dread the dealership experience. My experience with JBA used sales department was stress free and easy. I took a test drive with my daughter ( recently everyone get license). I was able to take a thorough test drive with no interruption or"preset" routes. Impressed with the car, I told my salesman Curt that I was interested but needed to set a time 2 days later. Curt never pressured me to buy that day and I called him two days later after work to set an appointment. The car was ready and priced well within what Cars.com stated. Some easy paperwork and I was on my way. Good job

Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a car last month (and I love it) when I test drove it it had a flat, they replaced the valve stem. Fast forward a month and that tire is flat again. I took the car in, they saw me right away, patched the tire and ordered a new one. It arrived the next day, they put it on and it cost me nothing. I will be a customer for life.

Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
I was shopping for a car that was listed and verified it was still listed. I went to go look and couldnt find it(was Sunday). I emailed asking about it as we wanted to buy it. I got a call monday saying it was sold friday but no ome bothered to take it down online. Very frustrating.
My salesmen Dennis Hunt gave me such awesome service from the time I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle to the time I walked out the dealership with my purchase. He was very patient, knowledgeable about the vehicles and very informative as to how the process would be handled. I left the dealership very pleased with my purchase and his service. I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.
This summer we knew we needed to but a minivan for our growing family but were not looking forward to the process and were worried we couldn't afford the car we wanted. However, we were lucky enough that our long-time auto mechanics recommended we call Bay Motors. From our first conversations with Mr. Bay to the point of driving our 2013 Honda Odyssey off the lot, the entire experience has been fantastic.
The Bay Motors team helped us find and buy a much better minivan than any of the options available through big dealerships. In fact, comparably priced cars we looked at at other dealerships were significantly older or had 50,000 more miles on them. We truly feel like we got a great deal and are thrilled with our new car. It was great doing business with Bay Motors because they were so helpful and accommodating. We were also really pleased to support a local City business.
