My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.

We have purchased MANY cars over the years at a certain dealership in Agawam, but, this was our FIRST experience at Balise Chevy Buick GMC on Hall of Fame Ave. in Springfield, MA. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a dependable car with a payment we could afford. We could tell that he loved his job! We were also impressed with the Sales Manager, Mike Spanilo. He chatted with us a few times (always with a smile ). We saw Mike interacting with all the other the employees and it was apparent that he was liked by all. HONESTLY, Gary made this the EASIEST and BEST experience we have had at a dealership... We will definitely be back!

Its always a good experience buying from or getting service at Loehmann Blasius Chevy. Vinny Constantino always helps us purchase a vehicle that fits our needs. And the service dept is always great when we go in for service.
When making the appointment, we were told replacing the tire would take approximately 1 hour. Actual time was 2½ hour.
When told the truck was ready it wasn't in the normal pick-up area. When we finally found it, It was outside of the bay area surrounded by a vehicle on both side and new 2018 in front. Thankfully a technician saw we were having a time maneuvering a 16' box truck in such tight area. With his help our driver managed to get our truck out without hitting anything.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
My overall experience was superb! Michael Facey was very polite and easy to deal with. I actually hate car shopping but Michael made it both painless and enjoyable. He was patient, low pressure and always smiling which made the experience quite relaxing. Thanks for all your help Michael! I love my new suburban!

Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.
