Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. I will forever be a Carmax buyer and I will totally be seeing Raphael Tucker again. Can't wait to tell everyone I know to go see Raphael Tucker.

The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my car serviced the whole time I have had the car. UNTIL...……..I was told that my car needed brake pads, front and back, and the rotors turned. The quote was $500.00. I found a brake and alignment specialist who will do it for $235.00, therefore I feel that your prices are very high.
We purchased a Buick LaCrosse and knew we were getting a wonderful automobile, but we were so pleased to meet really great folks who treated us as if we were their only customers. We were so impressed by the friendliness and the knowledge. Everyone there seemed to be having a great time working together and they felt like family. Just a great buying experience!
I bought a 2016 Malibu from another location. I went to the Chevy dealership in Greer and they were talking over 300$ in repairs that might not even fix the problem. I went to Kevin Whittaker on Laurens Rd and William, a service tech, was awesome. Mind you I had already called my credit company to pick the car up. William was kind polite and professional. He helped me get a loaner car while mine was being looked at. My car got a new engine. William was nice enough to inform me that it had previously had work done on it and what would probably happen. I'm keeping my car. If it hadn't been for William and the awesome service they provided I would have messed up my credit. Thanks guys!!

I had a wonderful experience today at Boyd. Chris was amazing, personable and kind! I went in for a test drive about 130pm. I had no intentions of purchasing a car today but I did. Chris was very informative through the whole process. I was home before 5pm with my car. He even helped me transfer all my belongings to the new car in below freezing weather.
Bought for my daughter a used car, after getting home I noticed on the front a LED light was not working, called back and they said they would take care of it. When I called a KIA dealership, I found out the whole headlight had to be replaced at a cost of close to $1,000.00. I emailed Bradshaw and told them, and was told they would not be able to cover that. Glad I checked before driving all the way back to Greer, from Simpsonville, but very disappointed they do not stand by their used cars, and this problem was not fixed or pointed out when I bought it
Spoke with a very nice sales lady and she was very informative on all the different Cadillacs.
As I was walking around outside, several employees asked if they could assist me..
I thought that was very friendly of them .
Overall a very pleasant experience.
Quickly called me back after cars.com submission. I could've scored them lower if I was petty, but at least they were honest about the inflexible price and did not waste my time driving there to be let down.
Contacted this dealership about an SUV advertised online. I was contacted by the dealership immediately and set up an appointment to see the vehicle at their Travelers Rest location. They were short staffed at the Travelers Rest location but still patient, friendly and helpful. They worked with me to meet my budget and even let me use their computer to secure insurance so I could take the vehicle immediately instead of waiting until after the holiday weekend. They had a play area for the kids and offered beverages to keep everyone comfortable. Nice place to do business
We were coming off of the sudden death of my son in law and was trying to find my daughter a car she could afford and start establishing her credit. Bradshaw was extremely helpful and very aware of her emotions. I found the car on Cars.com and Bradshaw did the rest. As she moves forward as a single mom with 3 boys, (2 teenagers) we are counting on the 2012 Dodge Journey to be a dependable and safe automobile.
The dealership had a place for kids to play which included a ball pit and play tubes.
The staff had no problem working with me on the truck and were extremely helpful. Will definitely buy from here again.
