I sold my SUV to love it was fast easy and painless, great folks to deal with I was at the dealership maybe 45min and was done and on my way home. I have bought 6 cars for love over the years but this is the first time to sale one.
I was very happy with the whole experience from selecting the car to driving away in my new car. The salesman and other employees who helped me through the process were capable and efficient and clearly explained the sales agreement.
I went to have some maintenance work done to my car. After sitting for about 40 minutes in one area, I moved to another area and realized I could see my car from there. I saw a worker walking from my car. I watched my car sit idle for 30 minutes thinking it was other cars ahead of me and that I just needed to be patient. No work was done within that 30 minutes. Then a worker came and drove away in my car. 10 minutes later I went to the front of the dealership and found my car there. I then waited another 20minutes ,while paperwork was being done( I assume), before a worker came with my paperwork to the cashiers counter. Im not sure if my work was done to my car the first 40min I couldn't see my car or if I just had an hour of my life taken away from me for no reason but I am sure of how upset I am for having to be there so long. I am very dissatisfied about the service I received. My car no longer makes the noise it was making but an additional hour wait after a service is completed is absolutely unnecessary and disrespectful.
I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.
On March 30 2018 we purchase our vehicle. What great customer service we received from the time we pulled into the lot from the time we finished with our purchase. The salesperson "Kim" is just awesome, she made me and my family felt like her own family! I can't say enough about Kim she is just wonderful.
The young man that helped my husband set up the OnStar was very knowledgeable. The dealership gives off this home like environment. I just want to say "thank you" to the staff at Herlong -Chevrolet Buick of Batesburg-Leesville. I was glad that we drove from Columbia to make our purchase.
Just purchased a new Chevy Equinox from Herlong Chevrolet in Batesburg-Leesville, SC. Kim, my saleswoman, was absolutely fantastic helping me through the process of trading in my old car and working out a great price on a new car.
