My options were limited and they worked with the appropriate people to get the job done. I was not satisfied with my first option and I was given another choice that was to my satisfaction. They are very patient here at this dealership.
Every time I bring my car for service I’m greeted with a smile by Tim my service rep. He makes you feel so welcome and the team is prompt and efficient. Beautiful, comfortable, spotless facilities. Reasonable pricing. Honest assessment and don’t try to add on things that aren’t necessary. I won’t go anywhere else.
Chester was so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was really welcoming and inviting. It was a nice clean quite environment I like how they act like a family. The buying process was simple and easy and the salesman are not pushy.

I honestly haven’t even bought my vehicle yet but after Speaking to kat mason my decision is made. I was planing on buying my car somewhere else but after I spoke to the staff at Scott Evans I decide to take my business there instead. They called me first thing in the morning to get more information about what I was looking for and I know when I finally get my vehicle I’ll be satisfied with my decision again thank you to kat mason for providing such an amazing service just on the phone I can’t wait to meet her in person.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

My first experience with the service department wasn't great until Chrisy Johnson, service advisor, got involved. My daughter's car was broken down in Atlanta and I live 3 1/2 hours away. Chrisy took great care of her and got her on the road as quickly as possible. If it weren't for Chrisy going above and beyond to contact me and assure me that she would take care of my daughter, I wouldn't have kept my car at this dealership for service. Chrisy should be applauded for her great customer service and stepping up to handle a less than favorable service experience from the day before. Overall, after Chrisy took over, we were very pleased with the service and quality of repairs done to our vehicle. I would recommend this service department. Ask for Chrisy!
From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. There was no ageist reactions (I’m much, much younger than their main demographic). Friendly prompt service. Trusting employees who want to make you happy. I was given free reign during my test drives (3 cars tested). No pressure to buy or commit to buying. Finance was a breeze to deal with. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
