This was the best car buying experience! I came to the dealership knowing the exact vehicle and features that I wanted and Ron was able to sense that and did not try to "up-sale" me. He didn't push another more expensive vehicle like other dealers will try to do. He was great about checking that the vehicle had all the things it should have, such as all floor mats, manuals and headsets and remotes. He gave me a thorough introduction to all the buttons and features of my new car. He even got OnStar on the line to initiate my service. The finance person, Russ, was really nice and helpful too. He never tried to push me into buying the extended warranty (although I did purchase it). He just explained what it would cover and let me decide what was best for me. I have to say that everything about this dealership impressed me. The people are helpful, very knowledgeable and just plain nice! Without a doubt I would purchase a future vehicle with them.
They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.
I took my vehicle in for repairs everything was done correctly and good customer service .but only thing kind concerning me was that I asked for help to the advisor in the corner for help and his was rude to tell me wait for your advisor. That was no the answer I was looking for it and yea he was took busy texting. I m sorry that put a flaw to into the good service.
The service team including Ashley, Todd, Ryan and all there have been very helpful, professional and courteous to us for 10 years now. They're friends who value our business and get to know us and our particular situation more thoroughly than other businesses and those kinds of relationships are hard to come by these days. The sales team are also talented and professional and guys like Harry Carvalho have earned our repeat business.
I was there for a Key FOB re-programming. I supply the new Key FOB, and the $85 fee is a little too steep for something that just took 15 mins. At least I got my truck washed
