Darwin Flores is the best salesperson to deal with at this dealership. This is the second time in two years he has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make my purchasing experience one of the best. I do have to say when it came to the finance part, Madi was good until I declined any extra maintenance he tried to sell me, he became very upset, and that was not a good experience! I would definitely recommend Darwin to anyone and Kenny the Mgr. was also very helpful.

I’ve had a Tahoe in the past as well as a Yukon. I love the 4 wheel drive in the winter and all of the cargo space in the back.

This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!

Good solid chevy. A lot of features for base model. Wish it had a better towing gear for a boat to take to the lake.

I brought my car in for service, and had to wait for it. I was happy they did inform that they do shut for lunch, and the estimated time she gave me was right on the money. There is a comfortable area to sit, watch tv, look at new cars in showroom, etc. It was a good experience. 👍👍

I LIKE IT SO FAR, I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR TWO DAYS. EVERYTHING IS VERY FIRST CLASS AND COMFORTABLE. PLENTY OF POWER AND HANDLES GREAT.

My husband and myself went to East Hills looking for a 2022 Equinox our salesman was George. I can't say enough about him, he didn't force us into anything and worked with us to keep in our budget. If you need a new car go to East Hills and ask for George!!!!!!

This is just what we were looking for to pull our trailer and and have plenty of room for our dog and grandkids. It will meets all of our needs for a long time.

I originally inquired online through the Costco Auto Program and was immediately followed up with by the Jenns in the Internet Department who set me up with Mr.Jasuta. I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

My husband and I stopped there to look at their Edge inventory. No intention of purchasing that day but getting an idea of what to look for and what we want. The sales person was very laid back and did not put any pressure on us to purchase. When we are ready to purchase I would definitely go back!

Arnold Chevrolet is the only dealer that we will bring our Corvette, Trailblazer, and Equinox for service. Always in and out quickly and the service is done right the first time. Our technicians John Smith and Jon Srica are our go-to guys and we're always happy with the service they provide.

The best SUV I have owned yet! Spacious legroom in all 3 rows, the entertainment package was everything we needed. Only complaint is that the cargo space is smaller than expexted.

My experience was the best ever, will recommend To all my family and friends. From the time I went in to the time I left I was treated like family and respect. They took the time to explain everything to me. I finally got the SUV I wanted. Jack was my salesman and Nelson was my finance person. Both of them were amazing they made me feel like they were my family. Chris is excellent he came over spoke to me helped me and even took the time to walk around with me I spent the whole day and left very satisfied. Before this I went to 41 Dealerships.
