I did a pre approval application over the internet with this dealership. The Finance Manager did five hard inquiries on my credit report causing my credit score to drop about 20 points. This was very unacceptable in my opinion, as he should have known that this would have had a negative impact on my credit report. I wasn't very pleased with part of my experience with the dealership.
Every interaction I have had with any Barbera's employee has been positive. Nicole and the other service team members really went the extra mile to get my car on the road again. The incredible customer service is why we continue to service our vehicles and shop at Barbera's Chevrolet.
All my visits so far for maintenance on my vehicle has been great.
