Barry was awesome in getting us in the truck we wanted! I was sad when we found the cruise control didn’t work as we drove off and it wasn’t in our contract to fix it. I felt that we should have been able to get it fixed. We hadn’t even made it out of town yet to come back home. We live 2.5 hours away. The salesman Barry & finance were awesome. They went above and beyond to get us financed!
I found a vehicle on advertised on the Apple-Sport Chevrolet website that interested me. I began communicating with the car salesman. He treated me with great respect and kindness. I spoke to the salesman several times about the price that I would be paying for the vehicle and he CLEARLY communicated the price that I would be paying. A Buyer's Order was sent to me as part of the financing process. The price of the vehicle was more than expected. The salesman assured me that it was the tax, title, and license fee and that I would be only paying the amount agreed upon. He said that the Buyer's Order can be confusing the way it is divided up. I TRUSTED that I would be paying the amount agreed upon. When my husband and I went to purchase the vehicle, we were kindly greeted by the salesman and he informed us that he had to leave for an emergency situation but we would be placed in good hands with another salesman. When the paperwork was printed, an extra $695 was added to the price of the vehicle. It was explained that wheel locks had been installed and nitrogen placed in the tires. The $695 was never discussed prior to the paperwork. The salesman made the comment that we were getting a good price for the vehicle and he couldn't let too many more go at that price, yet we paid $695 over the price advertised. The tone and comment left me feeling as if I was bickering over a measly $695 and that I was "ripping them off". After coming home, I looked up the reviews for the dealership. Unfortunately, this has happened to others. Integrity is important! I walked out of the dealership with a bitter taste and the excitement for my new vehicle was diminished.
The used truck we had been looking at was sold before we could get there to see it. Kim kept looking for trucks for us for a few weeks and kept us updated! Very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them!
Over the past few years I have purchased 3 vehicles from Apple and I want to say that Johnnie and Will have been a pleasure to work with and excellent service. Vehicles that I have purchased are of high quality and have its obvious that they ispected them thoroughly. I will definitely recommend buying from them.
Good. They actually suggested a serivce for my vehicle that I wouldnt have otherwise been intrested in. However once I got it done at a reasonable price, it truly enhanced the preformance of my car. Most places just try to sell something extra for no reason but this was a great suggestion. Buy
