My family and I recently visited this dealership to look at a used Lincoln Nautilus. We called ahead and were told there was a sales event happening. My cousin arrived first—during a heavy downpour—and right away, Brandon came out in the rain to assist. That kind of service set the tone for the whole experience. We came prepared to buy with a check from Navy Federal, but weren’t able to make a deal on the Nautilus. It could’ve been a disappointing day—but instead, Johan (Finance) stepped in and helped secure a better interest rate than Navy Federal was offering and got my cousin into a brand new Ford Bronco. What started as a frustrating visit turned into an exciting and satisfying purchase, thanks to the professionalism and hustle from both Brandon and Johan. As for me, I’m now seriously considering getting the Ford Expedition—and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this dealership when I’m ready. Bonus points: if you value diversity, this place has it. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. My vehicle broke down on my way from bowling Green ky. I had to have my truck towed to Bentley Buick gmc. I called hector at the location 7:15 am and by 9:30 am he returned call telling me my vehicle was repaired. I was so shocked that quick that he got my truck in and repaired it. Had looked all over and didn?t find anything that was in our price range. If it was affordable it didn?t have anything on it. In about 15 minutes Jerry Corley at Rhodes Chevrolet had the perfect little SUV for us. It was a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer with remote start, heated seats, safety features, great mileage and the best part..it was pretty! We got the best deal too after spending a couple months looking. The owner David Neal even stopped to visit with us and told us thanks for coming in and for doing business with them. That is a rare thing these days. Another thing that is rare is no markup from MSRP on their vehicles and no silly additions for a couple thousand dollars. Our Trailblazer even came with carpeted floor mats and a temporary spare tire with jack. Most cars these days don?t even have a spare so roadside service wouldn?t do you any good.
