I contacted Stadium GMC about a used, 2020 VW GTI. Larry, my sales person initially replied to my inquiry and handled my purchase all they way thru. I was purchasing the car from out of state, several emails and text messages and one phone call and I had made a deposit on the car. The dealership held the car for me for about 1.5 weeks until I was able to make the trip down to Salem (from Michigan). Upon arriving, the vehicle was exactly as described, cleaned, and ready to go. Everyone at the dealership was expecting us, and was extremely pleasant (you’re the one from Michigan here for the GTI?)! Larry was extremely friendly, and closing was very easy (I brought my own financing). Thanks Larry, and everyone at Stadium GMC for making a semi-complicated out of state sale very easy.

This has been probably the best buying experience. Steve Rothel was great to work with. Communication was really easy, price was good, service was friendly from all involved. Love the car!

BESIDES GOING INTO SURGERY, GOING TO A CAR DEALERSHIP WAS ALWAYS PAINFULL. KATIE PETRY HAS TAKEN THE PAIN OUT OF BUYING A CAR. MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT OUR THIRD NEW CAR FROM KATIE SINCE 2017, WE NO LONGERR FEEL EXHAUSTED AND BEATEN UP LET ALONE SECOND QUESSING OURSELVES ABOUT THE DEAL. TO BAD KATIE ISN'T A SURGEON.

Everyone and I mean everyone I interacted with were very pleasant. I feel I got a good value for my trade in and got a killer deal on a lightly used Bolt. Tom Craig was an awesome seller who made sure I got a charging cable with my Bolt. Sarah who did the financing was very nice and easy going. I have been to many car dealerships but I have never been to one quite like this. The customer service was top notch! Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! I felt like a valued customer even when I had chose not to make a decision that day.

I've bought a number of cars from them. Don and Dennis always take extremely good care of my and fianc�. Looking forward to our new purchase arriving in April. Service department is great, fast and the biggest thing, they're thorough! I actually drive 20mi to come to this dealership over three other dealerships in our area because of the people and the great service.
