Had a wonderful experience, when i thought it was going to be very stressful.
Robin Ratajczyk was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy from them again!
Luxurious and dependable

This car is an extremely luxurious vehicle, & dependable. Only problem I’ve had is the emergency breaking system failing. Repairs cost $1600 and it is Notorious In this year. There should be a recal since it is an safety hazard, the breaks can fail a any point if not repaired entirely.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
A very nice SUV for the price.

This SUV met all of our needs. Low mileage with all the options we had in mind. 4 wheel drive, new tires, second row bench seat, rear seat blue ray DVD.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
So far very good

This car is much bigger than what I’ve owned previously. It’s great for starting a family and for driving in the winter. It has a lot of great features like the heated steering wheel and automatic fold seats.
Bill Emling was fun to deal with and did an Awesome job selling us a new car. We have always had such good experiences selling and buying cars here.
Beautiful car, but underperforming drive train

Given the large V-8 engine, car feels sluggish to me. I also drive a Silverado/ same engine, similar weight, but different transmission. Much more responsive. Car accelerates directly proportionate to the amount the pedal is applied. Not so with Tahoe. Have to assume different transmission to blame.
In the beginning everything was going well and I had a great feeling for these guys. However, everything changed when I didn’t want to vehicle that they wanted to sell me. I went to trade in my car and get a newer model of the same care just with a few more options. The sales person brings me a write up with 4500,00 down and 506.00 per month. I counter offer with 2000.00 down and the sales person stated they would get back to me in the morning. The next morning came and I didn’t receive a call from anyone; 12:00 noon I called to speak with my sales person who stated he didn’t know what was the deal because he was not in the off the day I test drove the car. He then requested time to look over the application and stated that now I would need 12,000 to 14,000 down in order to do the deal. Needless to say the car was only worth 18,995.00 so I have no idea of where that math came from. However, if you going to shop here good luck because you will definitely need it.

By far the worst most unreliable vehicle I've ever owned or ridden in, and I've been in some doozies.
This vehicle goes through a transmission on average every 10,000 miles. These are highway miles, easy miles.
I will be having the 3rd replaced/rebuilt this week. Just got back from picking my husband up where it left him this time. I've never in my life spent so much time running back & forth to rescue him and/or drop off or pick up at the shop. It's insanity. Worst purchase ever made in this household.
Great experience, Butch was great to deal with!! I highly recommend him and would buy from him again.

How I miss my Tahoe! I bought it used with 60K and drove it for 10 years. It was the best all-round vehicle I ever owned. Reliable, roomy, versatile and good mpg. I used it for camping, towing, hunting and fishing, and as a daily driver. I got over 20 mpg on the highway if I didn't push the limit. Unfortunately at 200K it had rust issues and some mechanicals that needed attention so I traded it. I would have bought another but the current generation has a funky 2nd seat that eats a lot of interior space. If you can find a clean Southern car with low miles, buy it!
Ive been looking for a vehicle for about a month so I have lot of experience with other dealers. I can honestly say that dealing with Jason Sherrill, Todd Billmeyer and Micah we???re the best and most pleasant experience. They were very upfront with no hidden fees or agenda. I didn???t feel any pressure to buy vehicle. I will recommend them to everyone and I plan on coming back for future purchases. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
So Robert (myself) did an amazing job picking out the right vehicle for me! With the quick and easy process of purchasing a car I will be referring everyone I know! I love my infinity and cannot wait to buy a bunch of cars off of ROBERT! Thank you Jim Butler Chevrolet!
Everything I expected.

Great stylish family car. Great for everyday travel and long trips. The kids really like being in the car. Plus, room for their friends too!
I have had nothing but a great experience each time I visit Mungenast Lexus. Everyone is wonderful and willing to help. I recently was able to work with Nate Hopson-in sales-what a great experience. He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. I would definitely deal with Nate again. I just want to thank him for his time and great follow up with us. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He even followed up with us at home to ensure every option was covered. Thank you so much Nate.

After last Suburban, so MANY issues we swore off CHEVY. But its who we are & went w/Tahoe this time. 1st. it was Oil sensor issue, Liftgate stopped working (only used it on occasion) now interior lights (2nd/3rd row)continue to flash as we drive down the road. This may turn out to be a bigger money pit than the burb! Don't really expect this many issues with a $50,000. vehicle. #disappointedagain
Sales person Tom Calkins is Top Notch. He makes it his business to know his customer's needs and preferences both from an aesthetic and financial perspective.

I personally like the older model better but great vehicle! I wish it had a little more trunk space but less than the Suburban. But very comfortable!
