Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !

Good fit for me. Love the vehicle. Good towing package. Controls easy to operate. Seating fits my needs. Exterior looks great. Sales staff very good.
I saw several vehicles of interest in their inventory on Facebook Marketplace and drove an hour to see and test drive three different vehicles. I did not call ahead, but was instantly greeted and allowed to set my own agenda and test drive all three vehicles. The salesman, Kevin, was very accommodating and helpful with no pressure at any point. Once I identified the vehicle I preferred, I found them to be forthright and fair in negotiating the price, including my trade in. From there, their Finance Manager, Kai, was very helpful in completing the paperwork and accommodating our schedule. I had a five star experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

After last Suburban, so MANY issues we swore off CHEVY. But its who we are & went w/Tahoe this time. 1st. it was Oil sensor issue, Liftgate stopped working (only used it on occasion) now interior lights (2nd/3rd row)continue to flash as we drive down the road. This may turn out to be a bigger money pit than the burb! Don't really expect this many issues with a $50,000. vehicle. #disappointedagain
I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all.
Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately.
The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found!
If I could give a higher score I would - extremely happy with value.
Very well equipped for the money.

It is very comfortable for passengers and has ample cargo storage. Came with many extra features. Experienced major mechanical mishaps due to inferior brake line materials used.
Pretty much can't say enough good about these guys! I'd been shopping for a used Jeep Commander for a week or two near my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. I looked at a couple and they both had issues. I broadened my search and found one for sale from 391. I explained that I was interested and would drive down from Minneapolis to buy it if it passed an inspection. Before the inspection, Prentice took more detailed photos of every little issue and sent them to me. Then he personally drove the car to third party shop for inspection. It checked out great except for two issues that 391 repaired at NO COST TO ME. We had already agreed on a price if it passed inspection, so they just fixed that stuff and didn't increase the price. I drove down the next morning, and after a test drive, and 5 minutes of paperwork, I left with the car at the agreed-upon price. I've had it for a few weeks now and absolutely no surprises. The price was lower than all the others I was looking at, and the vehicle is in better condition. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm actually going to call down there first! It's well worth the drive for someone you can trust, and an unbeatable price!

By far the worst most unreliable vehicle I've ever owned or ridden in, and I've been in some doozies.
This vehicle goes through a transmission on average every 10,000 miles. These are highway miles, easy miles.
I will be having the 3rd replaced/rebuilt this week. Just got back from picking my husband up where it left him this time. I've never in my life spent so much time running back & forth to rescue him and/or drop off or pick up at the shop. It's insanity. Worst purchase ever made in this household.
I have been here before for warranty work and was impressed with each visit. Normally I find car buying stressful and irritating. Just had the best experience EVER at billion auto kia iowa city. Manager and sales staff are friendly and professional. Totally stress free experience!

Drives like a luxury vehicle, not a truck. Very comfortable ride & super dependable. The features are great and it is a beautiful SUV. Would definitely recommend!

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
Worked with Alex on a couple of issues with my truck, excellent customer service skills and worked with me and made sure I understood every issue.

It is exactly what I need, has all the bells and whistles I need except hybrid (my last Tahoe) and auto stop (also last Tahoe). Kust right for me, but I which that GM had not D/C’d the hybrid version for this vehicle.
I was driving in to work and all of a sudden I had warning lights come on in my Trax. I had no idea what was wrong. So, I pulled in to Billion Chevy. It was a little before 7:30, and I didn't have an appointment. They took my vehicle right back and checked it. Nothing was wrong. They thought it was just from the sudden change in weather to cold temps. They reset the computer and checked the pressure in all of my tires. It was fine after that.

This car is much bigger than what I’ve owned previously. It’s great for starting a family and for driving in the winter. It has a lot of great features like the heated steering wheel and automatic fold seats.
Not only Billion ,but my salesman did a terrific job. It is not easy car shopping during a Hawkeye game.
While waiting for finance they had the game on, beverages available. The salesman did not just leave me to sit there. He was talking with us the entire process. I appreciate the work they put into selling a vehicle. Having a reliable vehicle from a professional dealership who wont sell you a junk vehicle is a blessing.

I still love my Tahoe after all these years! She runs great with over 100,000 miles! She’s a champ! You get every bit of luxury without paying the price of a so called luxury vehicle. I’m buying another Tahoe for sure!

This car is an extremely luxurious vehicle, & dependable. Only problem I’ve had is the emergency breaking system failing. Repairs cost $1600 and it is Notorious In this year. There should be a recal since it is an safety hazard, the breaks can fail a any point if not repaired entirely.
Great customer service. Friendly greeting from sales staff. Would recommend to anyone that area that wants to make the car buying process nice and easy.

Given the large V-8 engine, car feels sluggish to me. I also drive a Silverado/ same engine, similar weight, but different transmission. Much more responsive. Car accelerates directly proportionate to the amount the pedal is applied. Not so with Tahoe. Have to assume different transmission to blame.
My car was towed to the dealership from Cedar Rapids, the day before Thanksgiving. The repair was taken care of that day, including an oil change that I requested after the repair was made. Everything was done with the least amount of disruption in my plans for the holiday.

Tahoe meets all mine and my family’s needs. It has the room for people to stretch on long road trips, entertainment package keeps the kids busy.
Just got our 12th vehicle at least from Junction Auto and want to say want it's been a pleasure doing business with them. Take all my service work there also is A-1. Very pleasant atmosphere with no pressure.

Good price to get into a vehicle with 1/3 the miles. It's an LT. really wish would have a back up camera. has sunroof and DVD system. Upgraded to this style of vehicle from a Trailblazer. I feel once you drive this type of a SUV you will fall in love with it. Prefer the bench seat for second row.
I returned Hawkeye auto. The truck I wanted to buy was sold. I had a different salesman Luke. He explained the other salesman was inexperienced & overwhelmed. I understood, it was busy. Luke was great I purchased a better truck & I'm very happy. I may have overreacted on my first review. I would recommend Hawkeye auto .
