Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.
My service advisor did an excellent job of informing me what the techs found on my vehicle. He helped me determine how to best care for my vehicle and he arranged a rental for me while my vehicle was there for service.He also kept me informed during the service, and was very helpful.
Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson (Dalilah) made experience a great one! It was more like dealing with a friend! Nice to hear all the folks felt part of a good team, which demonstrates good management and fair treatment of staff.
Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and completely honest with me at this location. The buying process and the price was so much better at this location then at my home location so I drove one hour to get my car at this location.
Identified a C-Max Titanium new at the dealer and the dealership was very rapid and responsive, quickly put together a financing plan, had great communication about the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, someone else had their eye on it and swooped in before I had a chance to test drive/buy. But overall was a good experience with their sales.
My appointment was for 10:50am. Did not get started till 11:30.When I checked in was asked if I wanted a wash at the end and I said yes. It was not done so I waited around more time for then to wash it. All in all what should have been a short 40 minute visit took almost 2 hours. Then when I left, the warning sites in the outside mirrors stayed on while driving home, until I restarted the car, not sure why but it woks fine now. On the positive, was given a ride to a restaurant and enjoyed a good breakfast while waiting
I was so relieved when I came to this dealership. Unfortunately my car payments on the car that I had were extremely high... So I had to let it go and I was not with out a car. I made up my mind that I need to get a car so I started looking in San Jose at 10am and GOD had I forgot how hard it was to find a pre owned car. The hard part is finding a quality car that is not beat up or somebody at the dealership taking there time to explain things to you. So I was pretty much was down to my last place because everywhere was asking for an extremely huge amount down. I stopped at Khodas Cars and saw a beautiful Scion TC there. Yes it had low miles, clean title and it was in great condition. HERE IS THE BEST part when I explained my situation to Pat (Salesmen) he pulled me inside and went over what were feasible monthly payments. He even kept the down payment low and actually said if it was too much to put down at once that we could divide it up in the next 3 weeks. I was blown away by how easy he made things. So I decided to now test drive the car and it drove perfect so I decided that I wanted to move forward with it. I mentioned to Pat that I thought the car needed brakes and he said it would be handled. The next morning he called and said that the car was ready once I arrived I was greeted by the other associate there Page and he showed me the receipt of the brakes that were done . They gave me a warranty on the car also so in the end I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND LETTING EVERYBODY KNOW THAT YOU SHOULD STOP BY THERE. GOOD PEOPLE AND GOOD BUSINESS!

If I could give a 10 I would! My experience began after a lot of research locating what I thought would be a great commuter car. To my disappointment the car I chose after 2 days was killing my back. Remembering Armando advising me of the 3 day exchange program I called him. He not only was very sorry the vehicle didn't meet my needs he asked when was convenient for me to come in. I lived over 80 miles away. He worked with me to come in after the 3 days were over and went above and beyond with Salesman Jose Mendoza helping us locate a better vehicle to meet our needs. Jose answered all of our questions and was very patient even coming in on his day off to help us. What began as a car for me ended up as a better car for my wife and I! Nice to know there are still some good guys out there!
My only concern about the customer service is that I have to call them back when I want to ask whether or only my vehicle is finished. out of the 4 or 5 oil changes plus light repair I had them do I was never called when my car was complete
Prompt service and courteous customer service. The waiting room is wonderful with coffee and popcorn. I would rather watch FOX than CNN.
