My wife and I stopped by to check the new inventory of GMC trucks and saw a 2018 Sierra that was what we were interested in and spoke with David French who showed us the truck. After a test drive we returned with our truck that we were interested in trading in for the 2018 GMC and had ask them to make us an offer. Within minutes we reached a fair and reasonable offer. I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDi which I first saw on Ebay. I live out of state and had this car shipped to me. It was EXACTLY as described and has ZERO issues. We have purchased 3 automobiles from Terry Labonte since 2010. We have purchased the Oil change packages for every single oil change to all three, UP UNTIL THIS ONE, service that is. The last package deal ran out when we had it last serviced. i don't know if it made a difference for not having the package, but one thing we really enjoyed was the complimentary interior cleaning/vacuuming. It was not cleaned this time. Is this a service, only performed, if you have the service package? Having said that, it is always a pleasant experience having service performed at TLC.

Went in for an oil change on my vehicle. While waiting for the service to be completed; I walked around the new pickup truck lot. I like a particular Colorado pickup truck. Dan Nelson was the salesman that I worked with on the purchasing the truck. He listened to my concerns and helped me worked thru several issues. We did arrive at a price that I could accept and I purchased the truck that same day.
The people were quite friendly towards me. That Chevy dealership was on of the larger ones I have seen and the facility was in great shape.
Had two of my cars worked on two different days, Dave Trout and William Butler were outstanding service consultants they took care of the repair process and kept me in the loop the whole time, the repairs were done in a timely manner and even had someone to take me from the dealership to my home and then back to the dealership when repairs were completed, I felt like I was there # 1 customer.
I was provided excellent service by Vann York Honda and especially my Service Advisor Misty Gamiche. In addition I was kept informed of the service being performed and estimated time for completion.
