I have given a five star rating to Mr. Eddie Miller at Robbins Chrysler DJRF because he was very professional, civil and courteous. He was informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly with a gentlemanly manner. He never once gave me the impression that his job was to squeeze every nickle out of me, for made-up car problems, that they could. That was very refreshing. In all of my dealings with Schram and now Robbins dealership, over nearly six years, I have had only excellent service, and highly recommend the dealership, and Mr. Miller, without reservation.
Outstanding, Customer Service. Was a very easy process. My Sales agent Ron Johnson was super helpful and understood what I was looking for. Ron went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
I found the SUV I was looking for on Cars.com, called and scheduled an appointment to test drive it, and 45 min later I was signed and out the door, Financing and all! Such and easy and laid back experience, no pressure at all and Nick was very easy to talk with and was very helpful. I left feeling like I was in control of my car buying experience for once! Will be back for my next vehicle for sure!
