He delivers 1st class service, When we bought our 1st Tahoe form him in 2015 he has the Sales person of the month trophy on his desk and he had another Sales person of the month trophy this month when we bought our 2nd Tahoe. No surprise with his great attention to detail. We love our Tahoe, thanks Chepe see you in 2 years for the next one.
I normally dread searching for a car and then dealing with car salesman because they can be so pushy and end up either selling you a car you don't want or making you leave with annoyance. At Dave Morton the experience was the total opposite. Down to earth people who care about your needs and what you want. Easy going to the point where you feel like your just hanging out. Julio was the one who helped me, worked with the payments so it could be where I could afford it and I can't thank him enough for making it an easy process.
Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Stan, assisted me in my Purchased. He is great he sold me exactly when I wanted, he made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and service was also great and getting the clear bra and the seats treated right away Honda overall is the best dealership in town.
I started with Duane Beaty online for availability and to set up an appointment he was very helpful and set everything up so when we arrived our sales person Kyle Read. Kyle was very polite and helpful providing us with all the information and options available to without making us feel pressured. once we made our decision he moved the process ahead quickly and got our cruze ready while setting us up with our finance person, she was very courteous and helpful explaining all of our warranty options and packages getting all of our paperwork finished and us on our way. i was impressed with the ability to find the vehicle we wanted set everything up with the internet staff so when we arrived everything was ready and available to us, from the time we drove on the lot till we left with our new vehicle was right at two hours.
We went to Salem Volkswagen for a used vehicle which was listed on cars.com. The sales people were very knowledgeable, showed the proper interest in us as buyers and applied no pressure on us to buy something that day. Between phone calls, emails and our visit to the dealership, I was very happy with my experiences with them. I didn't end up buying the vehicle I went to see but would go back without hesitation if I saw something online again.
Very clean, very professional. The manager on duty at the time was quick and helped me feel Nd what I was looking for and the young salesman went above and beyond showing me everything till I was happy.
I filled out an online lead form about a car I was interested in buying. The call was returned to me within an hour. Big Dan talked me into stopping down to take it for a test drive. It was an hour away from my house but worth the trip. The price was fair and it felt very professional and legitimate to work with these folks. They have great quality cars to choose from. For the most part they are dent free, well taken care of, desirable pre-owned cars. After a brief test drive, it was a no-brainer that I should purchase this car for my wife.
The finance process was so quick and simple. We were done with papers in about 15 minutes. The total experience was not even an hour. The even better wow experience was that we were snowed in for two days following the purchase of the car but they delivered it to our doorstep anyway.
From the the first phone call to the last text to follow up on my overall satisfaction, the experience was outstanding. There are not enough stars on this app to give you the full perspective on how top-notch this buying process was.
Now we are two days into owning this car and my wife is totally impressed that a used car could be that solid, drive so tight, and feel like a new car even though it has 90,000 miles on it. It is a 2011 mini Cooper that we bought. It is almost flawless for a car of that age and mileage.
John in finance was so helpful and responsive. He got a rate established for my wife that was beyond what we could've asked for based on her poor credit history. We wound up opting in for the extended warranty, after all it is a used BMW product.
The selection of cars, motorcycles, and other toys made it seem like a car Disney World/hidden gem out there in Albany. I've never been to that area before but I had a great trip and it's worth the drive from the Portland area.
Brian Osgood really went to bat for me regarding my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. Had nearly $3000 in warranty work finished in a timely manner, and Brian's in-person and phone communication over the course of a week's worth of work was always polite, friendly, and made me feel like things were getting done. Just wanted to let others out there know that you CAN have an excellent working relationship with your service department, especially here in Corvallis at Wilson Motors. Thanks again, Brian!

I had found a 2004 Kia on cars.com and contacted Lassen in Albany, Or. Victor the salesman called right back and i told him what i was looking for and that my husband also had to fit in it. So we went down to see a couple of cars and Victor was great. We did buy the Kia and my husband (who is 6ft 6in) fit in it great. Even the back seat. The process went smoothly and i will tell other family and friends to try them too. I really liked the fact that since it was my car we were trading in and buying a new/used one that Victor talked to me and answered all my questions i had . It was a nice to be treated with respect .
dealership replied to my inquiries quickly and accurately. Salesman that I spoke with was friendly and did not give me the high pressure treatment.
