Got a 2009 Ford Explorer about 2 months ago from these guys. I can’t be happier with it, not just that I bought it for a great price but the vehicle itself is perfect for the year and the price! I totaled my previous Explorer and was desperate for another one but everything I’ve seen was either in a horrible condition or the price was through the roof, I came across them guys and I literally won a jackpot! I’m so happy I had to leave them a good review! I drove my parents trailblazer for 2 years covering approx. 300 miles a week going to tech school with 160,000 miles on the vehicle already. I put on about 30,000 miles in total. This vehicle had the original spark plugs and boots in it and started giving me issues at about 186,000 miles. It NEVER stranded me. That on it's own, makes it an amazing vehicle. The only other parts I had to get replaced was a transmission line that rusted out, idle pulley belt, brakes/calipers, and the spark plugs and boots. Highly recommend this beast of a suv.

I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! 2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Had to buy a car during the covid shutdown. Found one at this dealer on their online Inventory. James was easy to talk to, understood our situation and worked extra to get us financed/settled. Car was delivered on time, in perfect condition and paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. Easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
