So I used to have a screaming metal death trap (Ford escape) but no recently upgraded to the traverse. So far I love everything about it. It's very roomy for me and the family enough seats to have the car seat in the back and still be able to bring friends with. The interior is pretty standard but boy does it have alot of cup holders.
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.

Vehicle has a comfortable ride. The extra seats are an improvement from our Equinox. And the heated seats are already making 11� seem doable. Nice speaker sound as well.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!

This car meets my families needs for space. It has plenty of room for all of the things we need. The back could be a little bigger I feel but other than that we like it.
The service crew is one of the best in town. They the experience worth coming in. If there were more service teams like this one, people would be more than happy to take their car in for service.

I got to test drive this car and I absolutely loved it, it had bucket seats, a third row, plenty of room and had rear view camera Bluetooth etc, it drove great!! Was very smooth and safe feeling. Also very comfortable!
From the minute he met me and my partner, Evan was incredibly helpful, both with imparting information about the truck we came to see, as well as making helpful suggestions towards negotiating a deal. Because of his warm personality and kind patience, we finished by buying a beautiful GMC truck for a fair and affordable price.

The rear passenger area of this car is not very comfortable. With elevated floors, your knees are under your chin and the seats onlybrecline minimally.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe

The car was cute and everything I expected it to be. But I wasn’t happy that I had someone look at the car to check it out other than looks for me and it was leaking. They showed me where it was leaking. We tell the salesman and he says he’ll get the mechanics to check it out. Later they call and say they can’t find a leak...
This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
