I don't buy a new GM vehicle every year, but when I do, I shop at Pemberton Chevrolet-GMC-Buick. Dale Randall, Joe Denoya, and all the rest of the sales crew are great people. They do not use aggressive sales tactics there - very low pressure, very friendly. The service department has always been good to us as well. We enjoy the laid back hometown feel of this dealership and that's why we've purchased three vehicles from them.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!
This was the best experience I've had buying a car. Everyone I encountered was helpful and professional. They were knowledgeable about the entire process which made it go quickly. The best part is that there were no games! They were honest and upfront about everything.
My involvement with Donovan and Bauer came after my daughter had totaled my Durango while I was out of town.
After scouring through the Internet, we located the vehicle that fit my wants and needs at Donovan and Bauer.
My wife went out to Titusville to look at the vehicle and spoke with Michael and he did everything in his power to keep us both informed even talking to me on my wife's cell as he showed the Durango to her and sent me the fact Sheet and additional pictures.
Unfortunately the car sold the next day prior to my ability to place a deposit on the vehicle.
I had called and left a message and sent a text but had not heard anything, come to find out they had actually called our home phone number rather than the cell which is why I had not received their apology message that was left until my wife returned home that evening.
Overall I would certainly give them another look provided they have what I'm looking for and in the in the market. They did a great job and and was even more helpful with things while I was out of town
I called them up days prior to my visit and they walked me through everything and had my paper work and vehicle ready for when I arrived. The vehicle I wanted was in exceptional condition and well priced. My representative’s name was Tanner and he was beyond helpful. He was polite and very informative. They delivered my car at no cost to me. I called him up days after I received my vehicle and Tanner ON HIS DAY OFF, was still able to help me with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place and make sure you get Tanner. You can’t go wrong!
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
