I had a great experience with Kenneth Barnes as my dealer. He was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of me getting the car I wanted. Definitely ask for him when you go to Webb Chevrolet in Oak Lawn. I was there for 5 hrs and he didn't complain or disappear on me, which let's me know he was dedicated to helping find the best option for me. Thanks again Kenneth!
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
When I walked into the dealer, Paul was the first person to welcome me and he was so nice, not aggressive at all and soft spoken. Normally you get over the top aggressive salesman that make you feel so uncomfortable when you are car shopping but he was the total opposite and I was so pleased to work with him. The whole process was wonderful and I will definitely return to him for future purchases.
My previous review of Phillips Chevrolet was not a good one, I was new to this rating app and didn't realize that I had only given them one star. BUT THAT WAS DEFINITELY A MISTAKE!!! As a matter of fact, I'm driving a car that I purchased from them earlier this year (Chevy Malibu) and I do plan to go back in February for another car. They are absolutely THE dealership I would send my family and friends to buy a car! Please visit them soon for all of your car buying needs!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Luciano is a person very dedicated to his work, is attentive, listens to your needs, answers all your questions, gives you options, the most important thing for him is that you leave happy with what you buy.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
I was really impressed with Webb Chevy .more so with the dealer Geleco gee Marchbanks he made my process in buying a car real easy and fun ,he not only went over all paperwork but also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car .I really appreciated especially coming all the way from Detroit .I would recommend this place and have been to everyone.
My cousin and I visited Hyundai on 11/28/18 to trade in her money pit Cadillac. Dee Zavala was so helpful that she talked me into trading my 2011 Sonata . I can't express how great she and the staff were, especially since we didn't have the best credit. They made it happen for my cousin and I. I walked out with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL and my cousin a 2018 Elantra loaded. FYI this is my 3rd Sonata from Napleton.
Debbie always takes excellent care of me and my family. She sold us our last car and was awesome. So when we were looking for another vehicle, of course I came looking for Debbie. After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.
Liked talking with Technician about the repair. Good chance to learn about other items for maintenance or repair or options.
