This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. This is now the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Sundance. Mr. Orta sold me all five vehicles and will continue to go to him in the future. He is trustworthy and always goes above and beyond my expectations.
I went in wanting to look at a particular van when we walked in Cody was quick to help us get more information on the vechical. After a few minutes we found out someone else was already looking at so we ventured around to find another van, with a pretty strict budget Cody found one in our price range, but I didn't love it. As the day went on the original van came back up for grabs and he was quick to get it for us to test drive and check out. Long story short Cody got me my first "mom van!" Haha and at a pretty good price!

Chevy Traverse 2LT AWD

Very spacious, comfortable car. Nice to drive and lots of features with the 2LT trim. MyLink entertainment system is excellent and Bluetooth connectivity works well. Abundance of storage and third row seating make this a good family car with a nice sporty look.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Went in for an oil change/DEF fill up/general service checkup at 5500 miles. Also needed the alignment checked. Was in and out in 1.5-2 hours, zero hassle, with updates from the service manager along the way.

Traded my 2005 Jeep which I loved for my 2016 Taverse awd and love driving it. its roomery gas mileage actually little better, love the heated seats and all the other luxury features. I’m spoilt by it.

Thank you Jeff and Jason Saunders. We came into Graff to see if we could swap out our current car for a new one. Our goal was to keep payments low and pay off our previous car. We were shown multiple vehicles. When we chose the one we wanted, they gathered the information and made it happen. Not only were we able to pay off the car we traded in but the trade in value they gave us allowed extra money towards the down payment. Now we are driving a new Equinox and paying over $100.00 less a month than our previous payment. We were also given a tour of the service area and each area gave us Little freebies (air freshener, chamois, bucket, etc). It made experience lots of fun.

The passenger and cargo space are ideal for my needs. It also all wheel drive, which I wanted and it is extremely comfortable and smooth driving.
Friendly staff and fast service- my car was ready before I was. I will definitely be using them for future repairs and maintenance as needed.

We have owned several tahoes, suburbans, and extended cab pick-ups. we have a large family (4 kids... 3 grand kids) and need to transport more than 4 people most of the time. The traverse is the perfect size- we can carry 7 of us comfortably and still have room for the "stuff" we need.
Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. Outstanding customer service!

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle
Justin was great to work with. We were coming from a long distance to look at a particular car and he made everything continent as possible . Communication was very fast and professional. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

When Brad took over for Adam as the Lead Honda Service Advisor, we quickly realized that customer service remained the primary priority of the Service Department employees. Brad possesses a very positive and friendly demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is always satisfied. He treats my 2006 Ridgeline as if it is his own. Paying the bill is never a fun time, but dealing with Brad makes it a little less unpleasant.
Kudos to Brad LaFollette for always going above and beyond!
